Attorney Bauer graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA with a bachelor’s in political science. He received Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014. While at Duquesne University School of Law, he co-founded the Sole Practitioner Society to facilitate the process of young attorneys transitioning into small or solo practices. He has served professionally as a solo general practitioner assisting clients in multiple areas of the law including criminal law, family law, civil law, and estate planning before co-founding Swisher, Bauer, & Luciano, PLLC and Beacon Estate Planning and Elder Law.
Attorney Bauer married his college sweetheart, MaryBeth Bauer in 2014; 2 days before taking the Pennsylvania BAR exam. He lives in Neshannock Township in Lawrence County, PA and serves as an assistant football coach at his high school alma mater: Slippery Rock High School. David is active in his community serving as a Sunday school teacher at Church of Genesis located in Mahoningtown, PA. He cares deeply for his clients and gain most satisfaction in building relationships and seeing tasks through to their successful conclusion.
Attorney Bauer is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Lawrence County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well many other local organizations.

Attorney Luciano graduate from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014. While at Duquesne, he was a member of several student organizations, including serving as president of the Duquesne Italian American Legal Society, and a member of the Christian Legal Society, the Corporate Law Society and the Appellate Moot Court Board. He was awarded honors as an Outstanding Oral Advocate, and was an active participant in several moot court competitions. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Luciano has extensive experience in real estate through his work in the title abstracting industry, and he has extended that experience into the commercial and personal real estate industry.

A decorated combat veteran, Matthew R. Swisher, Esq. is an experienced attorney dedicated to serving his client’s legal needs. Indeed, service to others is at the core of his character. Following nearly ten years of service to our nation in the United States Marine Corps, Matt attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded an A.S. in Business Legal Studies and a B.A. in Economics; both with honors. Matt then attended Duquesne University School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 2014. During college and law school Matt continued his service to our nation in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and worked his way through law school at a prominent personal injury law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Following law school, Matt served as a judicial law clerk for the judges of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
Matt is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
Mr. Swisher currently serves a Field Artillery warrant officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and is a founding partner of Swisher, Bauer and Luciano PLLC. Due to his ongoing military obligations, Attorney Swisher is currently of-counsel to Beacon.
